Return, Refund & Preorder Policy

All sales are final, including preorders. Please take a moment to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted

Each piece is custom, original, limited edition, or made to order. Because of the nature of the work, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Preorders

Preorders are non-refundable once payment is received. Estimated shipping timelines are listed in each product description and may vary slightly due to the handmade or made-to-order process.

In-Stock Items

All in-stock items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check all order details before purchasing, including size, product type, and shipping address. I’m not able to make changes once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact ashlynmckennaart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. Each situation is reviewed individually, and I’ll do my best to help resolve it.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to ashlynmckennaart@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Be sure your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout, as I cannot be responsible for errors in address details.

I reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website, and continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the current policy.
